HURRICANE IKE NOTICE:  Due to Hurricane Ike, the conference has been
rescheduled for October 21-23, 2008, at the Omni Hotel Houston.  If you were already
registered for the Sep 16-18 dates, you do not need to register again. If your schedule
does not allow you to attend on the rescheduled dates, please contact Dawn Ewing
at 281-877-7009 or email: info@jordan@associates.com by September 30.
For Registrations cancelled after September 30th, we can only refund 20% of the
registration fee. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused by the schedule change.
